AI Assistants
Last updated: October 8, 2026
AI assistants change their screens with updates. If something on this page no longer matches what you see, please let us know through the contact form or by email at support@tabico.me.
Connect Tabico to an AI assistant such as Claude, and you can plan trips on your own Tabico account just by chatting: create plans, and shape their schedules, costs, to-dos and packing lists. Whatever the assistant changes shows up in the app and is shared with your trip members.
What you can do
- Plans and schedules: create and edit plans, search for places, add, reorder and remove stops and journeys, and set a cover image
- Costs: record, edit and delete expenses, and list a plan's costs
- To-dos and packing: add, edit, tick and delete items
- Members: list friends, invite people to a plan, create invite links, and answer invitations you have received
- Reading: list your plans and see their details, and view friends' and other users' profiles
An AI assistant can only do what you can do in the app. Visibility settings and trip members' roles apply exactly as they do there.
Before you start
- You need a Tabico account. Sign up first in the Tabico app (iOS / Android) with Google or Apple.
- When connecting, sign in with the same Google or Apple account you use in the app.
How to connect
Follow the steps for the AI assistant you use.

- "Pick one well-reviewed restaurant in Kyoto on Tabelog and add it to the evening of day two of my Kyoto plan."

Staying safe
- Tabico tells AI assistants to check with you before deleting things, inviting people, or changing who can see a plan.
- AI assistants can make mistakes. Check important changes in the app.
- The sign-in page keeps nothing in your browser, so you sign in each time you connect.
- See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled, and the Terms of Service for the terms of AI assistant connections.
